Caspian states have to define legal status of Caspian Sea - N. Nazarbayev
BAKU. November 18. KAZINFORM /Arnur Mukhametkarim/ 'We have to resolve the issue of legal status of the Caspian Sea for productive cooperation', President of Kazakhstan said it at the plenary sitting of the third Summit Heads of Caspian states.
'This sea is so unique that it has a lot of resources and it has been the sea of friendship and stability for many years uniting people around itself', Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
Besides, the Head of State said that the intention of the Caspian countries to live in a friendly atmosphere reflected in the Declaration between the five countries adopted on October 16 of 2007.
