CEC accredited 960 observers to monitor presidential elections in Kazakhstan
ASTANA. March 26. KAZINFORM /Askar Bimendin/ According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, there are 92 more observers from foreign countries and international organizations who were accredited to monitor the presidential elections in Kazakhstan.
Member of the Central Election Commission Tatyana Okhlopkova said it today at a regular sitting of the Commission.
"According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, 92 more applications form international observers have been submitted. Besides, there are 22 of them from the OSCE/ODIHR, 44 observers from the CIS observation mission and 26 experts from 13 foreign states," she said.
Thus, in total the CEC has already accredited 960 observers.
