Central Military Band of Defence Ministry prepares rich program Astana residents and visitors

ASTANA. July 5. KAZINFORM - The Central Military Band of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan to celebrate the Day of the capital has prepared a rich program of performances for the residents and guests.

Today, July 5 from 11.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. military musicians will conduct a parade-concert on the main square in front of a city akimat, according to the press release from the ministry.

In the evening from 06.00 p.m. to 08.00 p.m. near the complex "Baiterek" on the left bank of Astana the military band will take part in the Band marathon.

The next day, July 6, at 11 a.m., the musicians of the Central Military Band of the Ministry of Defence will make a parade along the Republic Avenue. The starting point will be Samal district, and the end is at the Central Square in front of the akimat.

In the afternoon the Central Military Band, along with other creative teams, will take part in a gala concert at the square named Kazakh Yeli.

The presentations will involve military marches, classical music, and modern compositions. Astana people will be able to enjoy firsthand the professionalism and skill of military musicians.
