Chairman of Kazakh Water Resources and Irrigation Ministry’s water management committee named

 Arsen Zhakanbayev has been named the chairman of the water management committee of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of Kazakhstan, Kazinform Agency cites the official website of the Kazakh government. 

Born in 1988 in Almaty region, he is a graduate of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Kazpotrebsoyuz Karaganda Economic University.

Zhakanbayev previously headed the water policy department of the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry of Kazakhstan.
