Chairman of RK Space Agency meets President of EADS Astrium

PARIS. February 27. KAZINFORM /Sara Kabikyzy/ Within the working visit of a delegation of the RK National Space Agency to France Head of the Agency Talgat Mussabayev has met with President of EADS Astrium Company Francois Auque, Kazinform correspondent reports.

Opening the meeting President of the EADS Austrim thanked Kazakhstan Government, Kazkosmos for trust in realization of the largest space projects in RK. Talgat Mussabayev and Francois Auque noted development of an intergovernmental agreement. ?The document will define ?perimeter?of cooperation of Kazakhstan and France in space sphere that is of great importance?, the President of EADS Astrium highlighted. Talgat Mussabayev introduced new Head of ?Kazakhstan Garysh Sapary? NC JSC Gabdullatif Murzakulov to his French colleague. Mr. Mussabayev stressed necessity of preservation of cooperation of ?Kazakhstan Garysh Sapary? NC JSC with EADS Astrium in realization of the projects on establishment of a space system of remote sensing of the Earth of the RK and construction of an assembly-testing complex on production of space equipment in Astana. Following the meeting the parties confirmed their intentions in fruitful and mutually beneficial cooperation.
