Change of telephone numbers of help-desk and emergency services begun in Kazakhstan

ALMATY. January 9. KAZINFORM /Zhazira Dzhanabayeva/ Phased change of telephone numbers of directory and emergency services has been begun in Kazakhstan today, Kazinform refers to the press service of the Agency for Informatization and Communication of Kazakhstan.

The change of telephone numbers is held in accordance with the order of the Agency as of May 20, 2008 and the order of the Head of the Agency as of November 6, 2008. Directory services? numbers change will be held from January 9 to March 31, and from March 15 to June 15 telephone numbers of emergency services will be changed. The following changes will be introduced in the telephone numbers of emergency services: fire emergency 01 will be changed on 101, police ? 102, ambulance ? 103, gas service ? 104.
