FUZHOU. KAZINFORM - A chemical plant in east China's Fujian Province exploded at around 6: 50 p.m. Monday, local authorities said. Monday's blast at the chemical plant is the second in 20 months. No casualties and injuries have been reported so far. Pictures posted by netizens on the Chinese equivalent of Twitter show flames and fumes rising from a plant, with witness reporting strong tremor felt as far as 50 km away from the blast.
