Children team of Semey ballet school won int’l festival in Paris

UST-KAMENOGORSK. November 18. KAZINFORM /Lyudmila Malko/ Creative team of the East Kazakhstan regional specialized ballet school for gifted children took first place at the international festival "Youth of the Planet" held in Paris, the regional cultural department reports.

Ten children under the age of 14 years of the specialized ballet school of Semey performed Kazakh national dances. The compositions fulfilled with national coloring impressed the jury members.

Besides, this is the second victory of the team at international competitions this year. They won corresponding competition in Helsinki in January, 2009.
