We are against any manifestations of terrorism, express our deep condolences to the families and relatives of the victims. Together with Kazakhstan we intend to enhance cooperation both bilaterally and within the framework of the SCO in countering the "three evil forces" in order to ensure peace and stability in the region, statement by China's Foreign Ministry reads.
