Chinese businessmen to invest in Kostanay region
Businessmen and officials have signed an agreement on deepening partnership with the authorities of Kostanay region. According to the press service of the regional Akim, the agreement between the regions of Kazakhstan and China includes items to enhance cooperation in steel, mining and food industries as well as joint production of alumina. Chinese businessmen and officials visited the large investment projects such as "SaryArkaAvtoProm" LLP, "Kostanay flour mill" JSC, "Bayan-Sulu" confectionery factory and "SSGPO" JSC. "We want to get support for the creation of joint enterprises to collaborate in the fields of medicine, education, culture, agriculture and engineering", said a senior adviser to the Gansu Province government of China Jia Owyang. Akim of Kostanay region Nuraly Saduakasov said that in the near future the regional center will launch the production line of Geely brand cars.
