CICA Youth Council convenes first meeting in E Kazakhstan

UST KAMENOGORSK. KAZINFORM The first meeting of the CICA Youth Council started its work in Ust Kamenogorsk, the governor's information centre reports.

The forum is part of the international youth and youth organizations camp themed "Youth intercultural dialogue as the basis of building trust in Asia. It will run until August 23. Those attending are reps of China, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Palestine, Iran, Turkey, Egypt, Tajikistan, Russia and Kazakhstan. The Youth Council was founded under the CICA aegis in an effort to contribute to youth cooperation and is called to strengthen mutual understanding, friendship and consent among youth and youth organizations. The event is organized by the Youth Congress of Kazakhstan and CICA Secretariat with the assistance of the youth affairs committee of the Education and Science Ministry and East Kazakhstan akimat.
