CIS economic courts to administer justice via video-conferencing
According to BelTA, Belarus made a proposal to implement these practices during the recent meeting of the heads of the supreme economic courts. This idea was supported. "We have already conducted a test court session using video-conferencing with Russian colleagues. We are planning a videoconference with Tajikistan at the end of this week or early next week," said Viktor Kamenkov.
System of video-conferencing will significantly simplify the process of communication and interaction between all the parties to the dispute and make the hearing process more accessible to the parties. "You know, for example, how far Minsk and Dushanbe are from each other. IT technologies can help reduce the expenses of the parties on litigation and save not only money but time," Viktor Kamenkov said.
During a meeting with personnel of Spartak Viktor Kamenkov talked about the tasks that the Supreme Economic Court of Belarus addresses, and answered questions.
