CIS parliamentarians pay tribute to Nevsky Express victims

SAINT PETERSBURG. December 3. KAZINFORM /Yelena Myagkova/ The session of the Council of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly has started from the one minute's silence in remembrance of the victims of the Nevsky Express train accident happened on November 27.

As Chairman of the Council of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly Sergei Mironov announced, terrorism has no nationality. People in all civilized countries mourn over the victims. "This terroristic act lead us to mobilize all forces for struggle against terrorism", he said.

Representatives of parliaments of different countries participating in the session expressed condolences to the Russian people and victims' families.
