Citizen of Russia tried to smuggle drugs in Tetra Pak

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakh border guards has suppressed suspicious cargo transportation, Kazinform has learnt from Kazakhstan's Frontier Service under the National Security Committee.

Uralsk frontier guards have detained a 36-year-old citizen of the Russian Federation in "Almaty - Moscow" passenger train. A scent trained dog helped the guards to uncover suspicious cargo contained in a milk tetrahedron package. Inside the 2 liter milk tetrahedron package the guards have found 11 latex bags containing suspicious colorless and odorless liquid, and a plastic bag with a substance of gray-green color. The man has been apprehended. The investigation is underway.
