Civil initiative helps implement social policy - Majilis deputy

sp;ASTANA. November 23. KAZINFORM. /Serik Sabekov/ "A civil initiative helps realize social policy", deputy of the Majilis of the Kazakh Parliament Aigul Solovyova has said at the IV Civil Forum in Astana today.

"The civil initiative as a resource and a guarantee of civilized development as well as equal constructive cooperation of the government with NGOs and business helps realize social policy, especially in relation to a particular citizen", she noted.

According to the deputy, the civil society is a foundation of the state contributing to its development. The Concept of Civil Society Development reflects the main principles of activity of the state bodies and prospects of development of the third sector through its active participation in social activities, control over implementation of the state development programs.
