Cleanness is not where clean, but where no litter - Nazarbayev
ASTANA. April 21. KAZINFORM Kazakh President N. Nazarbayev urged Kazakh people to take care of the city's cleanness during the municipal clean up event in Astana.
According to the President, his behavior should set an example to others. "Therefore, the cleanness is not where clean, but where there is no litter - remember!"- Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
However, the Head of State noted that Malaysia and Singapore have such a law, if a man throws a cigarette butt on the street, he is fined him USD 200; if a car is left with dirty wheels, a man is fined USD 500.
