Cold snap, snow showers in store for Kazakhstan midweek

 Inclement weather is set to persist across Kazakhstan in three upcoming days, Kazinform News Agency cites Kazhydromet. 

Inclement weather, gusty wind, icy roads coupled with active northern cyclone signal that winter is coming to Kazakhstan. A mix of rain and snow and drop in temperature are forecast for on October 24-26.

Meteorologists predict a cold snap is in store for western, northwestern and northern regions of the country.

Temperature will dip as low as -6, +3°C at night in the west, while nighttime temperature in the north will drop to -5, +5°C.
