College director sentenced to 3 years for bribery

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Maran Takabayev, director of the Almaty College of service and technology, has been sentenced to 3 years in jail.

He was found guilty of accepting a bribe amounting to KZT 109 thousand. In October 2013, the man jumped out of the window after financial police officers tried to detain him with the mainour. The convict and his attorney for the defense do not admit guilt on bribery.
