Colombian pavilion in Shanghai World Expo receives more than 3 million visitors
BOGOTA. October 27. KAZINFORM Commissioner General for Colombia at the World Expo 2010 Gustavo Gaviria said on Tuesday that more than 3 million people had visited Colombia's pavilion in the Shanghai World Expo 2010. Kazinform refers to Xinhua.
Gaviria told Colombian radio station RCN that "The proposal of the Colombian pavilion is very simple, but very meaningful: We show them what is the best of our country, which is our people."
Gaviria said each year about 1.5 million people visit Colombia, but in the Shanghai Expo "in six months we have received 3 million people."
