Commerce Chamber "Switzerland - Kazakhstan" opened in Lucerne

ASTANA. October 25. KAZINFORM Opening ceremony of the Commerce Chamber "Switzerland - Kazakhstan" established with the support of the Kazakh Embassy was held in Lucerne city, the Kazakh Foreign Ministry reports.

Representatives of the commerce chambers of Switzerland, official promoter of Swiss foreign trade - OSEC, representatives of the Foreign Ministry and diplomatic corps and a range of companies and banks of the country took part in the ceremony.

Kazakh Ambassador Mukhtar Tleuberdi delivered a welcoming speech. He emphasized the importance of the structure for development of economic and trade contacts between the two countries. According to him, entrepreneurs of both states will get an opportunity for information exchange, establishment of business contacts and attraction of Swiss investments and new technologies in development of the Kazakh engineering, transport complex, chemical, pharmaceutical and agricultural industries.

President of the Commerce Chamber "Switzerland - Kazakhstan" Dr. Andre von Moos, OSEC representative Mark Buser, the Director of the Central Switzerland Chamber of Commerce spoke at the ceremony as well.
