Conscript-soldier died of meningitis in N Kazakhstan

PETROPAVLOVSK. KAZINFORM A conscript-soldier of military unit 6637 in the North Kazakhstan region has died of meningitis.

The young man was taken to hospital with frantic headache and temperature. After 10 days in come the soldier died without regaining consciousness on August 15. Four more soldiers contracted the brain fever. Three of them have already undergone cure, nothing threatens their lives. One more still receives medical treatment.
