Constitution guarantees welfare of each Kazakh citizen - President

ASTANA. August 30. KAZINFORM. /Serik Sabekov/ "The Fundamental Law is a guarantee of growth of welfare of each Kazakhstan citizen", Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev has said during the military parade devoted to the Constitution Day in Astana today.

"Free secondary education, healthcare, mother-child protection, care of the disabled and elderly is ensured by the state. Over 14 years of the economic power of Kazakhstan increased eight times. Household incomes increased 12 times. These are the main results of living in accordance with the Fundamental Law", the President emphasized.
