Construction of gas pipeline in Astana put on hold
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Project on gas infrastructure development in Astana city has been put on hold, according to Kazakhstan's Vice Minister of Energy Magzum Mirzagaliyev.
In his words, feasibility report and design specifications and estimates were approved. But, the project on construction of the gas pipeline in Astana city was suspended. "We approved the cost of the project and the route of the gas pipeline. However, it was put on hold. It does not mean we gave the project up. It will happen at a later stage," the Vice Minister added.
