Construction of schools became cheaper in Kazakhstan - Sagintayev
ASTANA. March 19. KAZINFORM Optimization of construction norms and rules, licensing procedures and elimination of administrative barriers carried out in Kazakhstan allowed to cut expenditures on construction of 1200-seat schools nearly by 49%, First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Regional Development Bakytzhan Sagintayev said at an extended presidium bureau meeting of the National Economic Chamber "Atameken".
At the meeting, Builders Association of East Kazakhstan region suggested canceling the procedure of coordination at the design stage with all government agencies, reserving their involvement in the commissioning, Kazinform refers to primeminsiter.kz.
In addition, the Association offered to coordinate land parcellation with all competent authorities prior to allocating land plots to entrepreneurs.
This measure will prevent chaotic building in settlements, reduce the time and cost for business, and minimize the corruption phenomena in obtaining land plots by entrepreneurs.
