Coop between Nur Otan and Communist Party of China discussed

ASTANA. November 10. KAZINFORM First Deputy Chairman of "Nur Otan" Party Nurlan Nigmatulin has met with a delegation of China headed by Chairman of the National Committee of the People's Political Consultative Conference of China Jia Qinglin, the press service of the Party reports.

A wide range of issues including inter-party cooperation was discussed at the meeting. "Nur Otan" Party and Communist Party of China have a solid foundation of relationships, including regular exchange of delegations at different levels, contacts between analytical and research prty organizations. Besides, the leading political structures of Kazakhstan and China actively cooperate within the frameworks of the General Assembly of the international Conference of Asian Political Parties, chaired by "Nur Otan" Party.

The coming OSCE Summit in Astana was another topic of discussion. "Nut Otan" under the instruction of President, Leader of the Party Nursultan Nazarbayev takes active part in the process of preparation and conduction of this important international event, especially in the part of informative support and promotion of the Summit as well as interaction with international and Kazakhstani non-governmental organizations. Besides, N.Nigmatulin has noted that 2011 will be of no less importance for Kazakhstan as long as our country is to chair the Organization of Islamic Conference.

Jia Qinglin complimented the role of Kazakhstan in preserving political stability and interconfessional concord in Central Asia and emphasized that confident and speedy accession of our country to the global power elite was connected with the personality and image of the Kazakh President.
