Country created its innovation infrastructure: V.Shkolnik
ALMATY. January 6. KAZINFORM /Dauren Zhailin/ The exhibition shows that the innovation infrastructure is created in the country. Kazakh Ministry of Industry and Trade Vladimir Shkolnik has announced it following results of the President?s visit to Information Technologies Park ?Alatau IT City? and exhibition ?Science and innovations?; Kazinform reports.
V.Shkolnik noted that for the last four years financing of the science increased by 3.7 times in Kazakhstan. There is created an infrastructure, which finances scientific elaborations, including the Science Fund and the Innovation Fund. Furthermore, the Minister named a number of difficulties of the IT Park. Touching upon problems of the power supply, he assured the scientists, that the project is elaborated and construction of necessary substations was started.
The second problem is the water supply of the scientific village. The Minister noted, that it is necessary to work together with the city authorities upon documentation and financing ensuring.
According to V.Shkolnik, it is crucial to amend the draft Law ?On free economic zones? and the Kazakh President?s Decree on creation of the free economic zone ?PIT?.
Following results of the exhibition V.Shkolnik noted that innovations, which were demonstrated to the Head of the State, confirm big prospects of the Kazakh science.
