Courts specialization to be continued in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. November 18. KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ It is important to provide further specialization of courts and judges to ensure effectiveness of justice and reliable protection of civil rights", Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has said today at the V Congress of Judges of Kazakhstan.

"It is referred to gradual introducing of administration system of justice, courts on consideration of criminal cases, tax and other specialized courts. The issue needs to be studied", N.Nazarbayev said.
