Criminals burning a man alive convicted in Kyzylorda
As the chief prosecutor of the regional prosecutor's office, a junior counselor of justice Ermek Kutybaev says, the crime was committed on May 16 this year in the village of Zhosaly, the administrative center of the district.
On that day, at about 12 p.m. E.Esetov, being a private taxi driver, sat in his car nad had a passenger Zhusupov. When they arrived at the place specified by the passenger, Zhusupov offered a drink to the driver. Then they drank a bottle of liquor. E.Esetov then phoned his friend B.Kuanbaev, and invited him to share pastime. They contibued drinking alcohol in the garden.
During the quarrel Zhusupov was severely beaten by the other three drinking buddies. He was taken to the steppe and left there.But, after consulting with a view to avoid responsibility for beating Zhusupov, the other three decided to kill him. They returned and killed Zhusupov with a knife, and burned him.
For this crime Esetov , Kuanbaev and Shaykenov have been sentenced to 18 years in prison each, in a penal colony.
