Crucial to strengthen interaction of OSCE law-enforcement bodies in combating human trafficking
ASTANA. November 27. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ It is necessary to strengthen interaction of law-enforcement bodies of the OSCE participating states in combating trafficking in human beings. Member of the Commission on Human Rights under the Kazakh President Gulzi Nabi has announced it at the OSCE Review Conference.
"Besides, it is necessary to elaborate joint mechanisms of rights protection of victims of trafficking in human beings in a systematic and regular basis", she noted.
According to G.Nabi, the problem of trafficking in human beings is of special relevance in the whole world. The problem is that this is a latent issue and not always understood by people, even those who were sold, especially children.
