Crucial to strictly fulfill state programs on education, healthcare and employment - Kazakh PM

ASTANA. March 28. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Reports on implementation of the state programs on education, healthcare and employment have been presented at the Kazakh Government's sitting today.

"Making a speech at the 'Nur Otan' Party Congress the Kazakh President said that quality of living standards, human capital development should be a priority for the Government. Thus, the three programs we have discussed today should be strictly fulfilled," Prime Minister Karim Massimov said.

The Premier added that all necessary resources were provided. According to him, all programs inspire optimism. "It is impossible to stop, we must move forward."
