CSTO Collective Security Council meeting being held in Moscow

Presidents of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russian and Tajikistan will discuss issues of the current international situation and collective security system's improvement.
Besides, the tendencies of the international situation and measures on improvement of collective security system, development of the CSTO military component till 2020, main directions of collective emergency response, development of the situation in Afghanistan till 2015 are on agenda.
In addition, measures to strengthen the capacity of the CSTO member states to combat new threats; decisions on organizational and administrative matters - on Secretary General of the CSTO, Uzbekistan's membership in the CSTO, the budget of the Organization, as well as Kyrgyzstan's assuming the rotating presidency of the Organization will be considered at the meeting.
