According to BelTA, before the start of the extended session President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev said that the leaders of the CSTO member states have reached an agreement on the armory of the Collective Rapid Response Forces, information security, emergency response, and other issues.

A statement was adopted in connection with the 20th anniversary of signing the Collective Security Treaty and the tenth anniversary of the CSTO establishment.

Nursultan Nazarbayev noted that during its CSTO presidency Kazakhstan will invest its best efforts into the progressive development of the organization. Nursultan Nazarbayev deems it necessary to focus on the implementation of the decisions adopted at today's summit.
