CSTO psychological and cyber war games as 3,000 troops drill

MOSCOW. KAZINFORM Three thousand troops from six countries will drill psychological and cyber warfare for the first time when they assemble for military maneuvres in Kazakhstan on August 18-22.

They gather for war games of the regional Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), bringing together Rapid Reaction Force units from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan. Thirty aircraft and helicopters will join exercises at the Spassk firing range in Kazakhstan's Karaganda region, CSTO spokesman Vladimir Zainetdinov said, ITAR-TASS reports.
