CSTO to hold “Unshakable brotherhood -2012” exercise in Kazakhstan

ALMATY. July 26. KAZINFORM TODAY IN Almaty was signed a protocol of the second  administrative talks  on preparation and  holding of a joint  peacekeeping exercise of the Collective Security Treaty Organization "Unshakable brotherhood -2012", scheduled on autumn in  "Iliysky", "Shoshkala" and "Bereg" Kazakh test sites, the press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Defense reported.

Military experts of the defense ministers and ministers of interior affairs of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and the representatives of the CSTO United Staff Secretariat discussed the exercises' details with the CSTO members state national contribution to a peacekeeping force.

"Unshakable brotherhood of 2012" will be held on the theme: "The preparation and conduct of peacekeeping operations Collective Peacekeeping Forces of the CSTO Collective Security in the region."

"The first CSTO peacekeeping affair must put together the experience of the multinational peacekeeping forces and to launch combat coordination of peacekeeping troops," Counsellor of the Military security problems department of the CSTO Secretariat  Vladimir Nikishin said.
