Customs Union's establishment to promote increase in domestic demand for industrial products - Vice Minister of Economy and Trade
ASTANA. November 1. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Establishment of the Customs Union will promote increase in domestic demand for industrial products. Vice Minister of Economic Development and Trade Kuandyk Bishimbayev has said it while presenting the bill On National Budget for 2011-2013 in the Upper Chamber of the Kazakh Senate today.
"In average, according to our forecasts, industrial sector of the country will observe 5% growth in the period planned. Positive dynamics will be ensured due to increasing the rates of development of mining industry (up to 12% in 2015). As for the processing sector, the rates of growth will make 3.4% in 2011 and up to 5.1% in 2012-2013. By 2015 this figure will reach 7.2%. The growth will be ensured due to implementation of the State Program of Forced Industrial Innovative Development, the Vice Minister said.
According to him, establishment of the Customs Union will promote increase in domestic demand for industrial products.
