Czech and Kazakh Attorneys General discussed countering transnational organized crime and fight against religious extremism

ASTANA. March 8. KAZINFORM - On Thursday there was a visit of the Attorney General of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askhat Daulbayev to Brno, the Czech Republic, where he held a bilateral meeting with the Prosecutor General of the Czech Republic Pavel Zeman.

As the press service of the supervisory authority informs, during the meeting the two sides exchanged views on the current inter-agency issues, in particular, combating transnational organized crime and the fight against religious extremism and terrorism.

The Attorney General of the Czech Republic stressed the urgent character of further consolidation of joint efforts in meeting the challenges of the modern world. In this regard, he expressed readiness for exchanging experts to better understand the existing practice for both sides in the fight against crime.
