ASTANA. November 30. KAZINFORM By the Kazakh President's Decree Kazakh Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to India Dulat Kuanyshev has been appointed Kazakh Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
