Days of Kazakh Documentary held in Vilnius
ASTANA. December 1. KAZINFORM Days of Kazakh Documentary Films were held on November 27-30 at Skalvija Cinema Centre Vilnius, Kazinform has learnt from the press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

At the opening ceremony, charge d'affaires Yerik Sugurbekov noted that the Days of Cinema, dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Lithuania, indicate the growing cooperation in the sphere of culture and art.
According to the Chairman of the Lithuanian Filmmakers Union Gytis Lukas, the traditional Kazakh Film Festival has enriched the diversity of cultural life of the Lithuanian capital.
The audience responded enthusiastically to the first showing of "Ahead of Time", "Kazakh yurt." Of particular interest was the film about the new capital - Astana, a city in which the most daring dreams come true. It generated intense public interest.
