Deadly house fires rage in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Three people were reportedly killed in house fires across Kazakhstan over the weekend, the Ministry of Emergencies informs.

A fire broke out at a single-family house in Zhaisan village in the Aktobe region destroying 25 square meters of the dwelling. The emergency crew summoned to the scene said they found a dead man's body in the debris. They man is thought to be in his 60s.

Another house caught fire in the town of Karatau in the Zhambyl region. It covered an area of 4 square meters and killed a 40-year-old man.

When the firefighters arrived on the scene of a house fire in Uspenka village in the Pavlodar region, the building was engulfed in flames. The blaze ripped through the house leaving a 63-year-old villager dead.
