Prior to taking up his recent post in February 2021 he served as the Vice Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He is the graduate of the Turan University. He was appointed to the recent post in September 2023. Chairman of the Almaty branch of AMANAT Party Stanislav KANKUROV was born in Almaty region in 1985. He graduated from the Moscow State University, Konayev University and Central Asian University.
