Born in Semipalatinsk region, he graduated from the Beissenov Karaganda Academy of the Interior Ministry of Kazakhstan.

Yeraly Ospanov (1982) – governor of Kazybek bi district in Karaganda.

Born in Karaganda, he graduated from the Bolashak Karaganda Institute of Actual Education, Kazpotrebsoyuz Karaganda Economical University.
