Demand for doctors and paramedics to increase this year ? Z.Doskaliyev
ASTANA. March 13. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Kazakhstan Healthcare Ministry anticipates that demand for doctors and paramedics will increase this year, Minister of Healthcare Zhaksylyk Doskaliyev said at the Ministry meeting; Kazinform reports.
?There is a deficit of specialists in the healthcare sphere. To be exact, we lack more than 6, 000 doctors and 3, 000 paramedical specialists. 4, 342 doctors and 8, 793 paramedics have formed the outflow in the recent years?, the Minister said.
Ministry plans organizing short-term training courses for medical specialists. KZT 555.4 mln are envisaged for these purposes.
