Donald Trump considers U.S. presidency bid for 2012
Trump persistently criticizes Obama's administration saying he was "worried about the direction the country is going in" citing multi-trillion dollar national debt as one of the worst U.S. problems.
In an interview with FOX TV, Trump said he was "seriously considering a run" for president of the United States.
The website Should Donald Trump Run for President? suggests asking two questions: "Should Donald Trump enter the 2012 presidential race?" and "Would you vote for Donald Trump in 2012?" More than 80% of the responses were positive on both questions.
According to a nationwide survey conducted in November by Newsmax Media, up to 50% of the U.S. citizens would vote for Trump.
Trump, whose estimated fortune is over $2 billion, was outrun in the survey by Bill Gates and Warren Buffet. Neither Gates nor Buffet, however, has any aspirations of entering politics, Kazinform cites RIA Novosti. See www.en.rian.ru
