Draft 2011-2013 Budget provides for fulfillment of all social obligations - Majilis Speaker U. Mukhamedzhanov

ASTANA. October 25. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ An enlarged meeting of the Faction of Nur Otan People's Democratic Party in the Majilis is being held at the Party's Central Office currently.

The agenda of the meeting includes discussion of the bills On National Budget for 2011-2013, On guaranteed transfer from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan and On general transfers between the national, regional budgets and the budgets of Almaty and Astana cities for 2011-2013.

Prime Minister Karim Massimov, First Vice Chairman of Nur Otan People's Democratic Party Nurlan Nigmatullin, members of the Cabinet, representatives of the Presidential Administration and PM's Office are participating in the meeting.

Opening the sitting Chairman of the Majilis Ural Mulhamedzhanov said: "While adopting the budget all of us should remember that the global economy is still unstable. The world is still concerned over new possible wave of the crisis. In these conditions we, the Government and the Parliament, should strive for efficient use of every tenge".

The Speaker highlighted that all groups of population must be fully provided with social support if they need it.

He also noted that the expenditures of the new three-year budget are directed on fulfillment of the tasks set by the President under the State Program of Forced Industrial Innovative Development and fulfillment of all obligations in social sphere.
