Drastic change in weather: Blizzard and black ice forecast in Kazakhstan Nov 19

Unsteady weather with precipitation (rain and snow) and black ice is expected in most parts of Kazakhstan November 19, Kazinform News Agency reports.

According to Kahzydromet, blizzard will hit northern parts.

Western regions staying under the impact of the Northwestern anticyclone ridge, will see no precipitation today.

Foggy and windy conditions are forecast across the country,

Intense wind exceeding sometimes 30 meters per second will hit northern, eastern areas of Akmola region, north of Karaganda region, west, south and east of Pavlodar region at night.
