«E-government of Kazakhstan» mobile application started functioning

ASTANA. March 19. KAZINFORM - Today in Astana there has been a presentation of "e-government of Kazakhstan" mobile application. Mobile egov.kz has been developed by "National Information Technologies" JSC, the application in the Kazakh and Russian languages created for phones with iOS and Android based systems.

According to the Chairman of the Board of "National Information Technologies" JSC Ruslan Ensebaev from this day Kazakhstanis using a mobile phone or other gadgets will be free to use all the services offered by the "electronic government."

So, every citizen having digital signature can get targeted help from home or while abroad, pay taxes, utilities, or fines, or is able with the phone to get in line for a place in a kindergarten and monitor its practice .

"Here every citizen of Kazakhstan can register the business and legal entity. Previously, he (she) had to collect more than five different documents, and spent visiting various state agencies up to 30 days. Now, all of this takes only a few hours, with the citizen doing everything being at home, and without giving any documents, he (she) only needs the digital signature ", said R.Ensebaev.

According to him, this year online alone there were about three thousand legal entities.

"Our site delivers 22 socially oriented public services. Until the end of the year we are going to increase to 100% automation of socially oriented services ", added R.Ensebaev.
