E Kazakhstan laying memorial capsule in foundation of a school

UST KAMENOGORSK. KAZINFORM Not a modern standard school with the official language of instruction has ever been built in Ulken Naryn village of the East Kazakhstan region.

Construction of a present-day secondary school will start this year. It is expected to channel KZT 940 mln to have it built. The ceremony of laying the memorial capsule in the foundation of the school took place with the particpation of the district governor. The new school is supposed to open its doors this September.
