E Kazakhstan to build 10 comfortable schools
East Kazakhstan will build 5 secondary schools and 10 more as part of the Comfortable School national project to tackle school shortages, Kazinform News Agency reports.
Five out of 10 schools will be constructed in Ust Kamenogorsk, one in Ridder, another one in Shemonaikha, and three more in Glubokovsky district. Two schools for 1,200 seats each will be built by Kazzink company as part of business social responsibility, governor Yermek Kosherbayev said.
As stated there, 5,000 kids from socially vulnerable families attend kindergartens free of charge. 22,000 pupils were provided with school uniforms, footwear, and school supplies.
The governor said as part of dual education students pass internship and training at Sogrinskaya, Ust Kamenogorsk thermal power plants.
