EBRD provided big loan to Kazakhstan to purchase freight wagons

ASTANA. December 1. KAZINFORM /Murat Zhakeyev/ The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development provided loan to Kazakhstan in the amount of USD 200 mln.

The was announced during the meeting of Prime Minister Karim Massimov and EBRD President Thomas Mirow on December 1 in Ukimet Uiy.

The press service of the Head of the Government of Kazakhstan informed that the funds will be used for purchasing new freight wagons. The eight year loan is called on to realize the program on modernization of cargo cars of Kazakhstan.
