Education in the USA Fair held in Astana

TANA. November 17. KAZINFORM On November 13, Ambassador Kenneth Fairfax opened the "Education in the USA" education fair at the Radisson Hotel in Astana in celebration of International Education Week.

This year's theme was Inspiring Students Locally to Succeed Globally. Over 30 booths with representatives from American high schools, colleges, and universities were present, the press service of the US Diplomatic Mission to Kazakhstan reports. In addition, representatives from the Astana Alumni Association talked with prospective students about their experiences in the United States. Several information sessions were held on topics ranging from the visa process, financial aid, and scholarships.
